I have created a Trimble Identity but I cannot sign in
Your Trimble Identity might not be verified yet.
When you create a Trimble Identity, you receive an email to verify your Trimble Identity. Use the code in the email to verify your Trimble Identity, then set the password. After you have set the password, you can use your Trimble Identity.

I have forgotten my Trimble Identity password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by sending a verification code to the email address associated with your account.
I tried to enter a new password but Trimble Identity does not accept it. Why?
Your new password does not meet the password requirements. The password requirements are visible on the Set your password page.

I reset my Trimble Identity password and now I cannot sign in with it. What is wrong?
Your password might contain characters that are not accepted.

I am having problems with multi-factor authentication for Trimble Identity
If you have set up a secondary email for your Trimble Identity, you can use it to recover your account. For instructions, see Use a Secondary Email to Recover Your Trimble ID Account (Non-Federated Accounts).

How do I change the email address for my Trimble Identity?
Always change your email address before you move to a different Tekla organization, such as when you start working for a new company. We recommend that you always use your current company email address for your Trimble Identity.
Your email address is changed. You can now sign in to your Trimble Identity using your new email address.
If you have not yet joined your company's organization, you can request to join the organization or ask the company administrator invite you using your new email address.

I tried to reset my password but my email address was not recognized
Check that you entered your email address correctly.
If the spelling of the email address is correct, you likely do not currently have a Trimble Identity associated with this email address.

Is the email address for Trimble Identity case sensitive?
The email address for Trimble Identity is not case sensitive. The services always convert the email address to lowercase letters.
You can enter your email address with any combination of lowercase and uppercase letters when you create your account, reset your password, or sign in. For example, these email addresses are all treated as the same email address:

I do not receive any emails about Trimble Identity neither do my colleagues
If you do not receive emails about Trimble Identity in your inbox, check your spam or junk email folder. If the emails are not in your spam or junk email folder, it is likely that your company’s email system or firewall is stopping emails from arriving.
Contact your IT department and ask them to allow emails from *@account.trimble.com. Also ask them to allow this source IP address that is used for sending mails from Trimble Identity: 104.130.122.50.
I am missing access rights for Tekla services
If you had access to Tekla services before, but you are now missing access rights, clear the cookies and the cache from your web browser.
Clearing this data forces the service to check your access rights from the server.
