Check solid errors

When working with Tekla Structures, you may encounter errors in solid objects in the model. You can use the ソリッドチェッカー tool to check the model for solid errors. You can also view solid errors in a log file.

For example, when working with cast-in-place concrete parts, you should inspect the resulting pour objects regularly before starting the detailing process and before creating drawings and reports. Errors in solid pour objects can result in incorrect volumes, for example.

Check the model for solid errors using Solid checker

Go to the ファイル menu, and click エラーチェックと修復 > ソリッドをチェック.
In the ソリッドチェッカー dialog, click ソリッドをチェック.

Tekla Structures lists the errors, along with the objects causing them, in a table.
Select an error row in the table to highlight the error in the model.

You can also highlight individual objects by clicking their identifiers in the table.
To zoom in on a problematic object in the active model view, select the 選択部材にズーム checkbox and click the object's identifier.
To fix an error in the model, you can try the following methods:
- Modify touching part faces to either overlap fully, or not intersect at all. Moving the faces along their normal direction by a few millimeters (0.3 mm or more) is enough.
- Move problematic parts slightly.
- Model parts in a different order.
To see the updated situation, click ソリッドをチェック again to refresh the list of errors.

When an error has been resolved, its status changes to Fixed on the list.
If you do not want to fix an error, you can click エラーを無視 on the error row to hide it from the list.

To see the ignored errors on the list again, select the 無視されたエラーを表示 checkbox.

View solid errors in a log file

ソリッドエラーはログファイルで確認できます。この確認は、たとえば、部材や現場打ちコンクリートの体積や面がオーバーラップしていて、エラーを解析する必要がある場合に、必要になることがあります。

This is an older, alternative method to using the ソリッドチェッカー tool.

[ファイル] メニューで、ログ > セッション履歴ログをクリックします。
Solid error で始まるフレーズを探します。
対応する Solid failure position 行をクリックして、ソリッドオブジェクトのエラーを表示します。

モデル内にひし形の位置ロケーターが表示され、エラーを示します。

ヒント:
ログファイル内で Solid error 行をクリックするとき、z キーを押したままにすると、ビューがエラー位置の中心に表示されます。
ビューを再表示して、位置ロケーターを非表示にします。
