Principal correctif : La pièce n’était parfois pas visible dans le modèle

Auparavant, la géométrie des pièces était parfois absente lorsqu’une pièce était créée et que le rendu DirectX était utilisé. Ce problème est maintenant résolu.

Principal correctif : L’ouverture des propriétés de vue de dessin est beaucoup plus rapide

La boîte de dialogue du dessin Vue - Propriétés. est désormais mise en cache quand vous l’ouvrez pour la première fois. Elle s’ouvre ainsi beaucoup plus rapidement chaque fois que vous la rouvrez dans la session Tekla Structures en cours.

Principal correctif : La numérotation multiple et les plans composés fonctionnent à nouveau !

Quand vous ajoutiez un croquis d'assemblage à un plan composé, Gestionnaire de documents n'affichait pas et ne mettait pas à jour correctement les repères de l'assemblage et des pièces individuelles.

Si vous effectuiez un nouveau repérage après avoir créé le plan composé, les croquis d'assemblage devenaient obsolètes, affichaient une quantité nulle et perdaient la connexion aux objets du modèle. Les repères d'assemblage étaient corrects dans le modèle, mais le lien de dessin était rompu, et l'utilisation de la commande de réparation du repérage ne résolvait pas le problème. Ce problème a été résolu et le repérage multiple et les plans composés fonctionnent à nouveau correctement.

Marques de dessin correctes pour plans composés dans le Gestionnaire de documents

Lors de la création de plans composés à partir de dessins existants, quand vous utilisiez le repérage multiple, vous deviez rouvrir le Gestionnaire de documents pour afficher un repère de dessin correct. Ce problème a été résolu et le Gestionnaire de documents affiche les repères corrects lorsque les plans composés sont créés.

Nouveau bouton pour créer un nouveau fichier de palette de couleurs

La palette de couleurs possède un nouveau bouton Créer un nouveau fichier de palette de couleurs pour créer une nouvelle palette de couleurs vide. Le nouveau bouton se trouve en bas de la boîte de dialogue de la palette de couleurs et est actif en mode de modification des couleurs.

  • Le Créer un nouveau fichier de palette de couleurs bouton supprime toutes les couleurs personnalisées de la liste des couleurs et efface le nom du fichier de palette de couleurs, ce qui vous permet de créer la nouvelle palette à partir de zéro.
  • Pour éviter de vider par accident la liste des couleurs, le bouton n’est pas actif lorsque des modifications non enregistrées sont présentes dans la boîte de dialogue de la palette de couleurs.

L’état de la palette de couleurs est désormais partagé

L’état de la palette de couleurs, c’est-à-dire le mode d’affichage de la palette de couleurs (grille ou liste) et l’état réduit ou développé des catégories de couleurs Standard et Personnalisé, est désormais partagé à toutes les fenêtres où vous pouvez ouvrir la palette de couleurs et entre les modes de modification et de sélection des couleurs. L’état de la palette de couleurs est également partagé entre les sessions Tekla Structures, indiquant automatiquement l’état dans lequel se trouvait la palette de couleurs au redémarrage de Tekla Structures.

Formwork placing tools: The loading time of configuration files for subcomponents (clamps, fillers, braces, and so on) has been improved. The files are now loaded when the tool is opened or used for the first time after opening a model. If the files are edited during modeling, click the Refresh button on the dialog box to reload the files. Similar improvement was done to the main Formwork components in Tekla Structures 2024.

TSAC-8154 Steel components

Corner bolted gusset (57): Previously, welds between the gusset, main part, and last secondary part were not created correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-8155 Steel components

Bolted gusset (11): Previously, weld 1 was created incorrectly in some cases. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-8181 Steel components

Stanchion side profile (86): Previously, the Slots in option on the Bolts tab was not working correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-8195 Steel components

Partial stiff end plate (65): Previously, the component did not work correctly with cold rolled profiles. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-8435 Steel components

Stiffened end plate (27): Previously, welds in the component were created as separate one-sided welds, which caused too many weld marks in drawings. This issue has now been fixed.

Shear plate simple (35): Previously, the cope radius was incorrectly applied in some cases. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-8457 Steel components

UltraZED Side rail supports (40): The modeling error for the sloping SRS struts has now been corrected.

TTSD-61294 Import, export, interoperability

Trimble Connector: Previously, folders were not automatically detached when the folder was removed from a Trimble Connect project. This has now been fixed.

Export to Tekla Structural Designer: Exported beams with L profiles are now correctly positioned in Tekla Structural Designer. Previously, the horizontal alignment and the sign of the minor offset were incorrect in Tekla Structural Designer.

Point clouds: Point clouds sometimes stopped working. This issue has now been fixed.

Trimble Connect: Previously, when a part containing slotted holes was uploaded to Trimble Connect as a .tekla file, the information on washers and other slotted holes was missing. This has now been fixed, and the HOLE. NUT. and WASHER. prefixed bolt properties are uploaded.

Import from Tekla Structural Designer: The column start and end points, that include the alignment offsets applied in Tekla Structural Designer, are now used to determine the correct position of the pile cap.

Earlier, users with a Graphite license could not export NC files in DSTV format with the "All parts" option. This issue has now been fixed.

Point clouds: The field for entering the point cloud URL in the Attach point clouds dialog box now supports both uppercase and lowercase letters. Previously, Tekla Structures converted the URL path to lowercase.

When inquiring rebar sets, the Total weight value of the rebar set could sometimes differ considerably from the Total weight in group value displayed for the same rebar set 
- when the rebar set has been exported as an IFC file and examined in Trimble Connect
- when the rebar set is presented in Organizer 
Now the Inquire dialog box shows the same total weight as Organizer and Trimble Connect.

Drawing 2D library: Proper support for handling dimension sets has been added.

TSAC-8482 Drawings

Relabeling section and detail views: When you were relabeling section or detail views using the relabeling tool, the tool stopped working in some rare cases. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-20316 Drawings

Earlier, when using shortening in unfolded views, and having set XS_DRAW_BENDING_END_LINES_IN_UNFOLDING to TRUE to show bending end lines in drawings, the lines might not be shown. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-36269, TTSD-36269 Drawings

Document manager: Earlier, when using multinumbering and creating multidrawings from existing drawings, showing a correct drawing mark required re-opening the Document manager. This issue has now been fixed and the Document manager shows correct marks when the multidrawings have been created.

TTSD-58126 Drawings

Earlier, if the geometry of the last section of the polybeam was defined by arc by three points chamfer, the bending line was not shown in the correct location in the drawing. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-58841 Drawings

Earlier, when selecting parts for the multidrawing selected in Document manager, the bolted parts could be selected too, even if some of the parts were not shown in the drawing. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-62818 Drawings

The drawing View properties dialog box is now cached when you open it for the first time so that it opens much faster every time you open it again in the current Tekla Structures session.

TTSD-63198 Drawings

Dimensioning: Existing manually added dimensions now behave better when shortening is turned on or off in a drawing.

Custom colors in drawings: Previously, the name of the color palette was not updated correctly when you closed the palette and opened it for selecting another color. This issue has now been fixed and the color palette name is always shown correctly.

Colors in pour object marks in GA drawings: You can now save and load colors for pour object marks in GA drawing properties as expected.

Multinumbering and multidrawings work again!
When you added an assembly drawing to a multidrawing, Document manager did not show and update the single-part and assembly marks correctly.
If you performed renumbering after creating the multidrawing, the assembly drawings become obsolete, showing a quantity of zero, and lost the connection to the model objects. Assembly numbers were correct in the model, but the drawing link was broken, and using the repair numbering command did not fix it. This issue has now been fixed and multinumbering and multidrawings work again correctly.

TTSD-63844 Drawings

Drawing color palette: Previously, if the color palette file name contained periods, for example, My.Blue.Palette, the file was not saved. If you edited the palette further and tried to save it again, an unhandled exception occurred. Now periods are allowed in the color palette file name.

TTSD-63853 Drawings

In the drawing view properties, the neighbor part hidden lines color is saved and loaded in the dialog as expected.

TTSD-63866 Drawings

The opening of general arrangement drawings is now faster when the firm folder is located on a network drive.

TTSD-63953 Drawings

Fabrication drawings: Creating fabrication drawings from corrupted assemblies sometimes caused a Tekla Structures application error. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-63985 Drawings

Earlier, if a drawing view property file used dimension property files that had the "#" character in the names, saving the view property file through the property pane cleared the dimensioning rules. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-63736 System and options

Using the XS_PLUGIN_DEVELOPER_MODE plug-in and loading or unloading plug-ins on a new domain caused Tekla Structures to stop working. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-58568 Reinforcement

Rebar sets: Previously, when creating rebar sets using the Point input command, it was not possible to use the Enter a Numeric Location dialog box and type the location of the first point in the rebar set. The subsequent points of the rebar set could be typed. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-63728 Reinforcement

Rebar sets: An issue has been fixed whereby rebar set layer numbers and offset were not calculated correctly in some cases when two rebar sets were changed from overlapping to not overlapping.

TTSD-56113 Modeling

Previously, when copying objects consequently without a dialog box, the intermediate dimensions were shown from the last copy. This has now been fixed, and the copying works the same way as in previous Tekla Structures versions.

TTSD-59258 Modeling

Clash check manager: Rebar set and rebar group object names were not displayed correctly in clash check results. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-62245 Modeling

BCF Topics: Previously, if a .tekla file was automatically uploaded to Trimble Connect after a write out or after a baseline was created in a Tekla Model Sharing model, creating a BCF topic in Tekla Structures did not automatically add a view to the topic. This has now been fixed.

Note that if a .tekla file is uploaded to a Trimble Connect project for the first time after the Write out or Create baseline commands have been used, you need to write out the changes again. This is needed because after a .tekla file is uploaded, an .xml file with a model ID is created in the model folder.
 

TTSD-62557 Modeling

BCF Topics: When working with 3rd party IFC files that have been added to a Tekla Structures model as reference models, you can now link objects from the IFC files to the BCF Topics. The linked objects can be visualized in the model by clicking View model objects on the Models tab in the BCF Topics side pane, and the linked objects are highlighted in the Tekla Structures model or in Trimble Connect 3D Viewer.

BCF Topics: Now, clicking on an already selected option again in the markup or measurement list closes the list.

TTSD-63057 Modeling

Previously, when you were working with a model with a lot of grids, Tekla Structures was utilizing a large amount of GDI objects and this could have caused Tekla Structures to stop working. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-63132 Modeling

BCF Topics: The workflow for IFC files that have been added as reference models in Tekla Structures has been improved. Now, a BCF topic view created in Trimble Connect and loaded in Tekla Structures highlights the objects that were selected when a topic view was saved. 

Saving a view in Tekla Structures remembers the selected objects and highlights them the next time the view is loaded in Tekla Structures. Note that highlighting the selected objects is not yet supported in Trimble Connect when working with BCF topics created in Tekla Structures.
 

TTSD-63133 Modeling

BCF Topics: The workflow for IFC files that have been added as reference models in Tekla Structures has been improved. Now, a BCF topic view created in Trimble Connect and loaded in Tekla Structures hides the objects that were hidden when a topic view was saved. 

Saving a view in Tekla Structures remembers the hidden objects and hides them the next time the view is loaded in Tekla Structures. This now works for objects that have been hidden using the Object representation settings. Note that hiding objects is not yet supported in Trimble Connect when working with BCF topics created in Tekla Structures.

Now, when the direct modification is on, the selecting of contour plates and slabs with details has been optimized.

TTSD-63585 Modeling

BCF Topics: Now, selecting a new command in the markup or measurement dropdown list without interrupting the previous command activates the new command.

Previously, part geometry was sometimes missing when a part was created and the DirectX rendering was in use. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-63723 Modeling

Profile cross sections can now be modified and updated again in the Modify Cross Section dialog box.

SOLD-2405 Licensing

It was not possible to use Tekla Structures 2024 and newer versions at the same time as Tekla Structures 2021 and older, Tekla Structures 2023 SP4 and lower, or 2022 SP10 and lower. This issue has now been fixed for Tekla Structures 2024. Changes have also been made to improve how Tekla Structures 2024 handles Windows updates.

TTSD-63746 Licensing

Earlier, when you used floating licenses for Tekla Model Sharing, a license seat was reserved when you opened a shared model. Now, the license seat is only reserved when you start a Tekla Model Sharing operation, such as read in or write out.

TTSD-63606 Installation

The TSEP package installer no longer warns about unsigned TSEP packages due to signing technology that will be deprecated next year. This change also enables the creation and installation of TSEP installers from cloud services, and the use of new signing technologies in the future.

TSAC-8417 Tools and components

Bridge creator: Cross section planes can now be created using construction lines or contour plates.

TTSD-59556 User interface

When a rebar set is selected, a contextual tab is displayed on the ribbon. Now the all the content on the tab is always visible and there is no scrollbar anymore.

TTSD-63359 User interface

Previously, after switching to a different screen setup, sometimes Tekla Structures main window was not visible and there was no means to have it on the visible screen area. This has now been fixed, and Tekla Structures checks the stored window position and size, and ignores them if they are outside the visible screen area.

TSAC-8574 Import, export, interoperability (steel)

DSTV to DXF converter: The converter now creates all contour marking properly, despite of the selected Side to convert option.
