Export BVBS : nouvelle option pour exporter le balisage

Une nouvelle option, Balisage des exports, a été ajoutée dans l’onglet Contenu données. Cette option signale le marquage d’intersection d’armature dans le bloc Private.

Le boulon automatique crée des trous borgnes ou taraudés

Le Boulon auto composant peut désormais être utilisé pour créer des trous borgnes et des trous taraudés.

La liste Type de trou a été ajoutée à la boîte de dialogue Boulon auto et lorsque vous sélectionnez Borgne ici, vous pouvez saisir une valeur dans la zone Profondeur de trou.

Lorsque vous cochez les cases correspondantes à côté de Pièces avec trous spéciaux, l’option Taraudé est désormais disponible dans la liste Type trou. Lorsque l’option Taraudé est sélectionnée, la zone Diamètre perçage devient également disponible.

Platine renforcée (27) - option d’utilisation de soudures polygonales

Dans l’onglet Pièces, vous pouvez désormais sélectionner dans le paramètre Utiliser soudure polygonale si une soudure polygonale est utilisée lorsque l’espace entre le haut de la platine et le bas de l'aile de la poutre est inférieur à 2 mm.

Principal correctif : La réparation du repérage n’ignore plus certaines séries d’assemblages

Il y avait un problème dans Tekla Structures faisant que l'utilisation de la fonction Contrôler et réparer le repérage ne traitait pas correctement plusieurs séries d'assemblage avec le même préfixe de pièce. Auparavant, si deux séries d’assemblage, telles que A et B, utilisaient toutes deux le préfixe de pièce P, les séries alphabétiques ultérieures (par exemple, B) étaient ignorées pendant le processus de réparation. Ce problème a été résolu, ce qui garantit des résultats de numérotation des réparations cohérents sur toutes les séries, quel que soit leur ordre ou leur nom.

Ce problème affectait directement les commandes Contrôler et réparer le repérage, ou si XS_USE_REPAIR_NUMBERING_INSTEAD_OF_NUMBERING était défini sur TRUE, et pouvait se produire lors de la réparation du modèle entier ou uniquement des séries sélectionnées si certaines combinaisons de séries d'assemblage figuraient dans la sélection.

Le problème persistait même lorsque XS_USE_ASSEMBLY_NUMBER_FOR était défini sur MAIN_PART ou LOOSE_PART, masquant potentiellement le problème.

Shear plate simple (146): Previously, when the beam flange cut was set to square and a notch was also created, the depth of the square flange cut was not the same as the notch cut depth. This issue has now been fixed.

Tube gusset (20): Previously, when the horizontal gusset offset was not specified, the gusset plate was not created in some situations. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-65065 Import, export, interoperability

Import from Tekla Structural Designer:

If additional rebar sizes are added to the Tekla Structural Designer reinforcement database, their names should not include the '#' character. For example, when adding US Customary sizes to the United States metric database, use names like 3, 4, 5, 6, and so on. These names will then be correctly mapped to the corresponding rebar definitions in the Tekla Structures rebar catalog.

Both the import and preview rebar conversion processes now have warnings about failed mappings. The rebar conversion preview now includes all object types. Previously it only considered slabs.

IFC4 export: Earlier, when curved beams with an 180 degrees angle were exported in the IFC4 format, the beams were exported with an offset from their original position. This issue has now been fixed.

Import from Tekla Structural Designer: Trapezoidal pile caps can now also be imported for the USA environment.

Reference models: Sometimes, some parts of reference models were using fill when they should not have been. This issue has now been fixed.

Aligning views in drawings: Earlier, aligning drawing views to a point using the align objects commands on the ribbon did not work and the status bar displayed a prompt Pick an point in any languages.

Now, drawing views can be aligned to a point using the align objects commands. The status bar now displays the  prompt in any active Tekla Structures language, and in English the prompt has been revised to Pick a point. Any unexpected exceptions are output to the Tekla Structures session log.

Document manager: Document manager is now faster when issuing or unissuing a large number of drawings based on model selection.

Fabrication drawings: There were some problems in the user interface functionality when you tried to use Smart create for creating rebar assembly drawings. This has now been fixed.

Rebar dimension tags: You can again add templates in rebar dimension tags.

Drawing property pane: In the visual editor for marks, when adding a new attribute, such as NAME, to the mark by typing with the keyboard, it will now try to match the added attribute to the known existing attributes, rather than suggesting a custom attribute to be added.

Symbols in drawings: Earlier, it was not possible to insert a symbol from a file whose name contained special characters. This issue has now been fixed.

Printing to PDF: Earlier, due to Windows 11 24H2 update, the JPG images were shown incorrectly when printed to PDF. This issue has now been fixed.

Drawing property pane: The drawing property pane now handles more reliably situations where an image path has been set to be relative to the model folder.

Fabrication drawings: In the Creation review dialog, if the Associated sub-assemblies visibility option is enabled, cast units within assemblies are now listed alongside sub-assemblies.

TTSD-65366 Tekla Model Sharing

Tekla Model Sharing: When you read in, Tekla Structures updates custom components which are outdated compared to their definitions. There may be incorrectly defined custom components which result in their instances being always updated, leading to unexpected change notifications. This has now been prevented, and the components which have incorrect definitions are not updated.

Rebar shape manager: An issue was fixed where Tekla Structures stopped working if invalid operators were entered into a formula in Rebar shape manager (for example, if two arithmetic operators were entered immediately after each other, L1*+L2). An error message now appears in the formula field (for example, "Invalid Addition operator").

TTSD-52110 Modeling

Previously, it was possible to mistakenly select two objects by using the Enter key to modify one object and then quickly selecting another. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-61782 Modeling

Now the parallel snap keeps the same reference line as long as the cursor follows the extension of the line. Previously, the reference line was lost when the cursor crossed other lines while following the reference line.

TTSD-64598 Modeling

Previously, when a secondary part was removed from an assembly where the assembly main part was set by a user, adding the removed part back to the assembly set this part as the assembly main part. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-65209 Modeling

Previously, modifying a part using the contextual toolbar did not succeed in some cases because of the part profile. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-65797 Modeling

Now the contextual toolbar locates bitmaps from all paths defined in the DAK_BITMAP folders.

TTSD-66181 Modeling

Custom inquiry: Previously, formulas with integer properties did not work in custom inquiries. This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, when you used Color by analysis utility check or Color by attribute for several object groups with the same attribute in the Object Representation dialog, and you clicked Save, Load, or Save as, the color changed to a number. This has now been fixed.

SOLD-2565 Licensing

In Tekla Structures 2024 SP4, you could not immediately release a subscription that was reserved for offline use if you went back online after being offline for more than 1 hour. It was only possible to release the subscription after a few minutes. This issue has now been fixed.

IFC4 export: The export type Precast view (IFC4) is now available in the CARBON, DIAMOND, and GRAPHITE configurations. Earlier, this export type was not available in the DIAMOND configuration.

Offline mode error: The offline mode window kept popping up while working online and, in most cases, clicking Try reconnecting now did not work. This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, Tekla Structures stopped working when a property file was loaded from offline OneDrive. This has now been fixed.

Design group numbering no longer fails during the step of reading parts from the model.

The stability of the Compare commands has been improved in situations where part solids could not be created.

TTSS-115 User interface

Previously, an internal error in the Support tool sometimes prevented support cases from being created. The tool showed the following error message: "Error: Support case creation failed"

This issue has now been fixed. You do not need to install the Tekla Structures service pack to get this fix.

EPM-8825 Import, export, interoperability (steel)

Export to Tekla PowerFab: The model weight is now exported with the bill of materials.
