Embedded anchors (008): Sometimes, anchors had the wrong rotation, aligned to a face different than that on which they were created. This happened when there were more than one anchor and each had a different creation face on the main part.

Beam reinforcement (63): Previously, the calculation of zones and spacings for stirrups was not correct when the beam had cutouts on both the front and rear edges. This issue has now been fixed.

U.S. Base plate (1047): Previously, when only one row of bolts was used, bolts or anchors were incorrectly placed. This issue has now been fixed.

Welded beam to beam (123): Previously, weld 1 and weld 10 were created in incorrect positions in some situations. This issue has now been fixed.

Bolted gusset (11): Previously, when using a negative gap value between a round main part and gusset, the gusset was not created correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

Eaves haunch (102): Previously, rafter bolts were created incorrectly in some situations. This issue has now been fixed.

Bolted gusset (11): Previously, the weld between the gusset and the base plate was not created in some situations. This issue has now been fixed.
 

Shear plate to tube column (47): Previously, the main part slotting cut was not created correctly when two shear tabs were used. This issue has now been fixed.

Bolted gusset (11): Previously, bolts were placed incorrectly when the secondary part was skewed. This issue has now been fixed.

Shear plate simple (146): Previously, the notch cut at the top of the secondary beam was created incorrectly. This issue has now been fixed.
 

Weld preparation (44): The default sizes of chamfers have been changed to adjust to the main part radius.

Unfold surface (21): Previously, weld preparations were not correctly copied from the input parts to the unfolded parts. This issue has now been fixed.

Partial stiffened end plate (65): Previously, the chamfer on the bottom side of the stiffeners was not created. This issue has now been fixed.
 

Previously, the reference assembly hierarchy was sometimes incorrect after you synchronized Organizer. This issue has now been fixed.

IFC2x3 export: Previously, pours were exported in the IFC2x3 format even if the IFC entity was set to None. This issue has now been fixed.

Reference models: An IFC file originating from ArchiCAD could not be inserted as reference model in Tekla Structures. This issue has now been fixed.

IFC4 and IFC4.3 export: Sometimes slabs or plates with cuts were not exported correctly in the IFC4 or IFC4.3 format. This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, when using Export TrimBIM, property sets were not exported for some IFC entities. Now, this issue has been fixed.
 

IFC2x3 export: The transparency value is now written incorrectly in IFCSURFACESTYLERENDERING in the IFC2x3 export.

Trimble Connect: Previously, defective welds in the model sometimes caused Upload to Trimble Connect to fail. Such welds are now omitted, allowing the model to be uploaded successfully.

IFC4 export: Previously, drawing properties were not exported in the IFC4 export. This issue has now been fixed, and the properties are exported.

Bolt heads in IFC export: Sometimes, bolt heads had an incorrectly large diameter when they were exported to IFC4 or IFC2x3. This issue has now been fixed.

Trimble Connector - Select project dialog has several improvements:

• The performance for the dropdown list with many items has been improved.
• Filtering is enabled so that when the project name or part of if is typed, only the relevant projects are displayed on the list.
• The Refresh the list button that refreshes the data from Trimble Connect is now working.
• The dialog should not be resized on each project selection anymore.
   

IFC2x3 export: Previously, if a rebar did not have a parent object, its assembly was sometimes exported to an incorrect building/storey, and thus in an incorrect location.

Reference models: The Select reference models selection switch now works correctly for the overlay models. This gives you more reliable control over selecting and interacting with these lightweight reference models, making it easier to manage your combined model views.

IFC4 export: The values for the attributes WEIGHT_TOTAL_IN_GROUP and TOTAL_WEIGHT_IN_GROUP are now exported.

Template Editor: Previously, the asc() function always returned 0. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: Free attributes did not always work from the list of free attributes. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: The text container size became too large when an angle value was defined in the text properties, causing the template output to shift to the left. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: The wildcard character '%' was not handled correctly in the match() function. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: Row rules with GetFieldFormula referencing a CopyField in another row did not work correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

SHAPE attributes: The SHAPE attributes, such as SHAPE.ProductWeight or SHAPE.SurfaceArea, are now supported in the model inquire and IFC4 export.

Template Editor: Sometimes, when an attribute did not have a value, it was output as 0 instead of an empty string. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: Format did not work correctly for TOP_LEVEL_GLOBAL, BOTTOM_LEVEL_GLOBAL, BOTTOM_LEVEL, TOP_LEVEL, TOP_LEVEL_PROJECT,  or TOP_LEVEL_BASEPOINT in the Tekla Structures inquiry reports when imperial units were used. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: Template Editor stopped responding when newly added RGB colors were deleted from the color palette. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: The Japanese shift_jis encoded string could sometimes contain a special character ('\'), which was not handled correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

Template Editor: When Sum() functions with the same value field name as parameter are used in the same row, they now return the same value. Earlier, only the first one returned the summed value and the rest returned 0.

Editing reinforcement in drawings is no longer slowed down by Rebar group marking being attached to that reinforcement.

Rebar group marking: The dimension line arrow symbols now consistently face the same direction. Previously, the arrow symbols could have different angles.

Sometimes, Tekla Structures could stop responding during drawing creation if certain fonts were used. This issue has now been fixed.

Drawing property pane: Sometimes, when you dragged mark elements in the drawing property pane visual editor, they might disappear. This issue has now been fixed.

Fabrication drawings: The Creation review dialog did not automatically suggest drawing templates for sub-assemblies. This issue has now been fixed

Part cuts were not displayed in section views. This issue has now been fixed.

Templates in marks: Earlier, you were able to update the template content in a part mark if you had the related template .csv file open and you updated the information there and then moved the part mark in the drawing.  However, this could cause performance issues. Now, you can update the part mark content by selecting Update all part marks from the context menu or by modifying the part mark in the property pane.

Rebar mesh marks in property pane: Previously, rebar mesh marks did not display all content in the property pane visual editor. This issue has now been fixed.

Earlier, entering drawing a user-defined string attribute value longer than 80 characters in the drawing properties might cause Tekla Structures to stop responding. This issue has now been fixed, and the maximum length of the drawing user-defined string attribute values is now 255 characters.

Drawing property pane visual editor: Tekla Structures stopped responding when you dragged mark elements in the mark property pane visual editor. This issue has now been fixed.

Sometimes Tekla Structures stopped responding when recreating dimensions in a drawing containing reference objects. This issue has now been fixed.

Drawing custom presentations: Previously, the available custom presentations for certain drawing objects, such as grid lines or rebar meshes, were not visible in the drawing view properties dialog or property pane. This issue has now been fixed, and custom presentations are visible.

Earlier, creating a drawing that uses automatic view-level dimensioning might cause Tekla Structures to stop responding unexpectedly when XS_PLUGIN_DEVELOPER_MODE was set to TRUE. This issue has now been fixed.

Custom properties: The loading of custom property plug-ins has been fixed, and plug-ins with private/protected parameterless constructors are now supported.

Surface treatment in drawings: Earlier, it was not possible to modify the surface treatment color in section views in drawings. This issue has now been fixed.

Drawing object colors: Previously, you could not modify drawing object colors after undocking the property pane. This issue has now been fixed.

Rebar sets: Curved rebar sets have been improved so that some previously invalid curved bars are now valid.

Filtering: Previously, filters with multiple values were correctly saved and loaded only for length input. Now, saving and loading works with other data types as well.

Building hierarchy: The Name property of buildings, building sections, building storeys, and spaces can now contain a maximum of 61 characters. Previously, Name could contain a maximum of 21 characters.

Building hierarchy: Previously, when shrinking the boundary of a building, the objects outside the building were not properly updated. This issue has now been fixed.
 

Live Collaboration: Now the surface treatment and surface objects are shared in Live Collaboration.

The Options dialog has been changed so that when the Apply button is clicked after changing a unit, any values on other tabs are updated to reflect that change. Previously, clicking Apply followed by OK caused incorrect values in the model.

Earlier, when the preliminary mark (PRELIM_MARK), a custom property (UDA), or similar was used as a part label element and did not have a value, a space character was shown in part labels in model views. This issue has now been fixed.

When there are several expired licenses and no active licenses are available for the user, an error message is now shown on the Change license server screen. Previously there was no error message specific to this exceptional case.

Previously, a "No license available" error message was shown incorrectly when licenses were actually available for use. The issue occurred for all licenses. This issue has now been fixed.

When the XS_ALWAYS_CONFIRM_SAVE_WHEN_EXIT advanced option is set to FALSE, Tekla Structures does not show the Exit dialog when you close a model that does not have any changes after the last save. Previously, this behavior could unintentionally keep your subscription license reserved if you closed a model where there were no changes. Now, Tekla Structures releases or keeps the subscription license according to the value of the XS_DEFAULT_KEEP_ONLINE_LICENSE_CHECKBOX advanced option even when the Exit dialog is not shown.

If you want to select whether to keep your subscription license reserved each time that you close Tekla Structures, set the XS_ALWAYS_CONFIRM_SAVE_WHEN_EXIT advanced option to TRUE. This way, the Exit dialog is always shown when you close Tekla Structures.
 

Previously, .tsep packages that contained multiple macros were not installed correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, Tekla Structures might have stopped working unexpectedly in some rare cases when the mouse pointer was moved around the model. This has now been fixed.

Transparency has been increased to make objects behind the first surface easier to distinguish.

Previously, in some cases, switching between models with different Tekla Model Sharing roles caused an exception and triggered the Support tool popup. This has now been fixed.

Previously, Tekla Structures might have stopped working unexpectedly. This was related to material handling in the property pane.

Fillet edge visualization has been improved.

• The visualization of filled edges in transparent views has been improved. Filled edges are now displayed as 60% transparent edge lines in DX rendered views.
• The visualization of thin parts has been improved, particularly in Parts grayscale (Ctrl+3) rendering.

Edge lines of objects now behave consistently when zooming in or out. Previously, edge lines occasionally disappeared and then reappeared on the next zoom step. 

Previously, Tekla Structures could stop working while executing a system component that inserted an incorrect set of bolts. This issue has now been fixed.
 

Previously, the Individual objects table in the Numbering preview dialog was not updated after rejecting the numbering. This issue has now been fixed.

STEP/IGES export: Sketched profiles with consistent thickness, such as thin walled profiles that contain arc or rounding chamfers, are now exported using non-tessellated geometry in the STEP export. There can be some changes in the reported profile area and volume values due to changed accuracy in calculating those values.

STEP/IGES export: Profiles with more than one cross-section, such as tapered profiles with circular and other standard cross-sections, are exported to STEP as B-rep using tessellated geometry where the shape has been broken down into a series of simpler polygons.

Export ELiPLAN file (68): Now only one corner cut record is exported for each element end. Previously, multiple corner cuts records were exported.

Export Unitechnik (79): A new user-defined attribute, UT_ConLayerInfo, has been added and you are now able to specify additional information for layer identification using the new Additional layer information property on the Unitechnik tab in the user-defined attributes of a concrete part.
