No access to a module

You cannot access a module even though you should have the relevant access rights.

Possible causes

You have been given permissions to one module but not the one you are trying to open.
You have not closed the software recently.

Possible solutions

Ask the user with admin rights to check that you have all the relevant permissions.
Close the the software daily and open a fresh instance every day.
