Lock drawings
You can indicate that a drawing is not available for editing by locking it. When a drawing is locked, it cannot be accidentally modified. The geometry of the locked drawing still changes when the model changes.
When you lock a drawing it does not prevent other than manual changes in the drawing. If there are changes in the model, they affect the drawings even if you have locked it. Locking is used to notify other users and yourself that the drawing should not be opened, edited, or deleted, and it also prevents users from doing this by accident. Locked drawings can be opened by anyone, but they have to be manually unlocked first.
Tekla Structures flags locked drawings for update if the model changes.
