Route validation before shipment
You can now prevent shipping of assemblies and parts until they have completed their full assigned shop-floor route.
The nominated Shipping Allowed After station defined in Route Maintenance must be complete before the assembly can be shipped.
This prevents the premature shipping of an incomplete assembly. This means that there is no risk of bypassing required quality checks or stations within the assigned route. This is to ensure that the finished product meets all internal compliance standards before it leaves the facility.
You will get a warning if you are trying to ship before completing the required stations.
