Error when importing to Production Control

You get an error message when trying to import data to the Production Control module.

You get the following error message:Unable to read from: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tekla\Tekla PowerFab\Temp\Temporary\FabSuiteArchive\7z_out.txt - Can't find the specified file.

Possible cause

This happens probably because Windows or a third party antivirus software is blocking the temporary files needed during import.

Possible solution

Check if Windows or your antivirus software are blocking the temporary files and folders.
