Inserting a text object in Template Editor

You may want to adjust the font settings before you begin, but you can always change them later. To insert text into a template:

  1. On the toolbar, click the Text button.

A dialog appears prompting you to type in the text. You can type text on multiple lines. Press the Enter key to move to the next line.

  2. Type the text and click OK.

You can also insert a text object with the default string, simply click OK. The default string is defined with the check box Set as default for new texts in the Text Properties dialog.

  3. Click to define the insertion point of the text.

Double-click the text to modify the text properties and font settings.
