Production planning in Tekla PowerFab Go
The Production Planner tool in Tekla PowerFab Go allows drag-and-drop scheduling of work packages or individual departments across weeks and workshops.
The tool provides a clear view into what work needs to be done in your workshop and allows to see how the loadings of each work package impact your capacities.
Before you start planning, some actions are needed in Tekla PowerFab. See Configure production planning.
You can do the following actions in the planner view:
- search for work packages by job and description, for example
- view the work packages that are scheduled to a week by workshop
- view the department capacity and loading for each week or workshop
- view a list of unscheduled work packages and add them to the planner
- move work packages across weeks and workshops
- manage the schedule and capacity of work packages
You can plan on the workshop level and the department level.
To access the Production Planner, tap Production Planner on the home page.
