XS_USE_EXACT_SOLID_FOR_CLASH_CHECK

If you set this advanced
option to FALSE
(default), normal solid accuracy is used in clash
checking. If you need to use high solid accuracy in clash checking, set this
advanced option to TRUE. This advanced option is model specific.
Warning:
Using high accuracy, that is, setting this advanced option to TRUE, slows down the clash checking process, and there is a higher risk of solid errors.
