Add an estimating item

You can manually enter the material for the estimate.

To add a new material item to an estimating job, do the following:

In the Select Estimating Job, open an Estimating job.

The Estimating dialog opens.
To enable the input fields, click New.
Define the item properties in the input fields.
For details on properties, see Estimating item properties.
If necessary, apply additional labor and clips to the item.

For more information, see Apply additional labor and clips.
Click Add.

The item is added to the display area.
