Setting the grid density in Template Editor
If you want to align objects to the grid points automatically as you draw or modify them, ensure that the grid is active.
You can set the distance between the grid points in graphical templates to aid drawing operations. Do the following:
- Click . This opens the Grid Settings dialog box.
- Type in the distance between the grid points by defining the Horizontal and Vertical values.
- Click OK to save the changes.
You can also set the grid density in the Grid Settings toolbar by entering values in the Horizontal and Vertical fields.
Grid density settings are saved in the template your are working on.
