Send purchase orders to Vista and Spectrum
You can now validate and send a batch of purchase orders to Vista or Spectrum from the main purchase order dialog.
The validation process involves checking if items in the purchase order have a cost code and cost type, and if the purchase order has a designated company code.
To synchronize the export status and messages automatically, you can add the Trimble Viewpoint Job Costing Export event in Automated Events.
To view the sync status and messages, you need to add the Sync Status and Sync Message columns to the Select Requisition/Purchase Order dialog.
See the following: Export purchase orders to Trimble Viewpoint.
