Many email hosting services, such as Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail, require
two-step verification. For these, an app password may be required to use Tekla PowerFab
automated events.

Verify that the Tekla
PowerFab Remote Server service is running on the server and that it has been configured correctly.

If the Tekla
PowerFab Remote Server service is running correctly and emails are still not sent, verify the email
server settings with the host and ensure the app password is correctly entered.
If issues persist, consult
your email host support to confirm that the app specific password has been
created correctly.
