The MySQL 1062 error message for the
usersessions table prevents users from logging into the program.
To correct this, do the following:

Perform a Repair program errors from command prompt on the server.

After that is completed, log into the Tekla
PowerFab (EPM) desktop
application on the server and immediately perform the repair program errors
procedure using Check/Repair Tables: Extended
(Slow) to make sure that no other data files are affected.
