2023 SP3: Nieuwe functies en verbeteringen

De nieuwste installatieprogramma's voor Service Packs en bijgewerkte omgevingen zijn beschikbaar via Tekla Downloads.

Verbeterde kaders bij het tekenen van toegevoegde objecten

We hebben de manier verbeterd waarop de kaderopties voor de verschillende toegevoegde objecten in het eigenschappenvenster van de tekening in verschillende situaties werken en tevens de namen van de kaderopties gewijzigd.

Naamswijzigingen

  • De optie waarmee een kader wordt getekend rondom de geselecteerde elementen in een toegevoegd object, heet nu Inwendig kader. Voorheen heette deze optie Kader om elementen.
  • De optie waarmee een kader wordt getekend rondom het hele toegevoegde object, heet nu Buitenzijde frame. Voorheen heette deze optie Kader om label.
  • Als er slechts één kaderoptie beschikbaar is, heet deze nu Kader.

De volgende objecten gebruiken nu Inwendig kader en Buitenzijde frame:

  • Associatieve opmerkingen
  • Onderdeellabels
  • Boutlabels
  • Stortobjectlabels
  • Staaflabels
  • Samengevoegde staaflabels
  • Oppervlaktelabels
  • Verbindingslabels

Opmerking:

Als u een opmaak voor aangepaste eigenschappenvensters hebt voor enige van de hiervoor vermelde objecttypen, moet u het bestand PropertyTemplates.Drawing.xml wijzigen in Eigenschappenvenstereditor of handmatig in een teksteditor om de nieuwe namen Inwendig kader en Buitenzijde frame te gebruiken.

De volgende objecten gebruiken nu Kader:

  • Rechte maatlijnen
  • Maatlijnlabels van de staaf
  • Gebogen maatlijnen
  • Teksten
  • Peilmaten
  • Doorsnedelabels
  • Detaillabels
  • Aanzichtlabels
  • Doorsnedelabels met een aanzicht
  • Detaillabels met een aanzicht

In het volgende voorbeeld is een doorsnedelabelcontainer geselecteerd en wordt een kader toegevoegd rondom de geselecteerde container.

In het volgende voorbeeld is een doorsnedelabel-element geselecteerd en wordt een kader toegevoegd rondom het geselecteerde element.

Verbeteringen in kadergedrag

We hebben tevens de manier gewijzigd en verbeterd waarop de kaders worden toegepast en weergegeven:

  • Het buitenste kader wordt nu weergegeven in de visuele editor wanneer u een kadertype selecteert. Voorheen werd het buitenste kader alleen weergegeven in de huidige tekening wanneer u de gewijzigde eigenschappen toepaste.
  • De optie Kader wordt nu alleen ingeschakeld wanneer u een element of een inwendig kader hebt geselecteerd in de visuele editor.

Wijziging in gedrag van de knop Wijzigen in het eigenschappenvenster

Voorheen bleef de knop Wijzigen in het eigenschappenvenster inactief wanneer u ongeldige waarden voor bepaalde eigenschappen had gedefinieerd. Nu is de knop Wijzigen altijd actief wanneer waarden zijn gewijzigd, zelfs wanneer de ingevoerde waarden niet geldig zijn. Als de waarden niet geldig zijn en u klikt op Wijzigen, scrollt het zijvenster nu naar de eigenschap met een ongeldige waarde en geeft de fout aan met een rood uitroepteken en kader.

Taps toelopende I-ligger (81) - extra profielen boven aan de ligger maken

Op het tabblad Eigenschappen kunt u nu kiezen voor het maken van extra profielen boven aan de ligger en kunt u de naam, het materiaal, de klasse, en de nummeringsprefix en het startnummer voor het profiel opgeven. U kunt selecteren hoe de gemaakte profielen worden verbonden met de ligger. De standaardwaarde is Betonelement.

U kunt de gemaakte extra profielen gebruiken als invoeronderdelen voor andere componenten en tools.

Eigenschappenvenster: De lengte van een UDA-optielabel is verhoogd tot 60 tekens

Voorheen was de lengte van een UDA-optielabel in het eigenschappenvenster beperkt tot 30 tekens. De lengte is nu verhoogd naar 60 tekens.

Z pan (S74): Previously, the gage material UDA was incorrectly set for bent plate brackets. This issue has now been fixed.

Railings (S77): Previously, the top rail was created with an incorrect profile in some situations. This issue has now been fixed.

Railings (S77): Previously, an incorrect fitting was created between the first and last part of the bottom rail and the first and last stanchion. This issue has now been fixed.

Simple clip angle (31), Two sided clip angle (33): Previously, when the main part was sloped, the cope cuts were not created correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7268 Steel components

Stiffened end plate (27), Partial stiffened end plate (65): It is now possible to specify the front plate horizontal offset.

TSAC-7341 Steel components

CMF Standard horizontal cladding support (31): You can now select on which side the sheeting face is.

TSAC-7367 Steel components

Ring plate: Previously, when using two half ring plates, only one weld was created between them. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7444 Steel components

Tube gusset (20): Previously, the end plates were not created correctly when the secondary parts had different inclination. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7544 Steel components

Multiple stiffeners (1064): Previously, the component did not work correctly for main parts created as composites of welded parts. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7556 Steel components

The following detailing system components cannot be used with the Metsec mezzanine range anymore as using them would cause incorrect CAM data: Metsec Apex tie bay (12), Metsec Std anti-sag bay (23), Metsec Non-std anti-sag (25), and Metsec Apex ties (30).

Base plate (1004): Previously, deleting bolts did not work correctly when bolts were placed below the main part. This issue has now been fixed.

Corner wrapped gusset (63): Previously, the brace connection filler plate was not included in bolted parts. This issue has now been fixed.

Corner wrapped gusset (63): Previously, the option to specify gusset welding to the main or secondary part on the Gusset tab was not working correctly. This issue has now been fixed.

Corner wrapped gusset (63): Previously, the gap distance between the gusset plate edge and the main part was not correctly applied. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7598 Steel components

Multiple stiffeners (1064): Previously, welds were not created correctly when the main part was created as a composite of welded parts. This issue has now been fixed.

Stiffened end plate (27): Previously, welds were created incorrectly in some situations. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7619 Steel components

CMF Anti-sag system 53: Previously, when using the Threaded rod option as the anti-sag type, the component ignored the Direction of spring fixes option. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7630 Steel components

Clip angle (141): Previously, angle profiles were incorrectly placed in situations where the main part center line was below the secondary part center line. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7631 Steel components

Splice connection (77): Previously, special holes were created in incorrect parts when the top or bottom internal flange plates were not created. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-41969 Import, export, interoperability

Drawing DWG export: Surface treatment hatches are now correctly visualized in the drawing DWG export.

TTSD-56704 Import, export, interoperability

IFC4 export: Surface treatment was exported out of the IfcProject hierarchy. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-56996 Import, export, interoperability

IFC4 export: The export failed to export additional property sets for non-bolt parts that were overridden as IfcMechanicalFastener type. The additional property sets are now properly exported.

TTSD-57357 Import, export, interoperability

Import from Tekla Structural Designer: Some L sections were incorrectly imported with the flange pointing in the wrong direction. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-57387 Import, export, interoperability

IFC2x3 export: Additional property set definitions for door elements are now enabled in the IFC2&3 export.

TTSD-57408 Import, export, interoperability

Reference models: Importing reference models with complicated geometry may take a long time or hang indefinitely. Tekla Structures provides a progress message box with a Cancel button, but there were steps when the message box was not shown. Now this issue has been fixed, and the progress message box with the Cancel button is always shown. The message box may be covered by other windows, but you can access it by pressing Alt+Tab.

TTSD-57473 Import, export, interoperability

IFC4 export: The reinforcement properties starting with "DIM_", "MIN_DIM_", "MAX_DIM_", and "ANG_" were missing from the export. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-57559 Import, export, interoperability

IFC2x3 export: The UDA date can be exported again.

TTSD-56957 Templates and reports

Tekla Structures stopped responding when a drawing template had an invalid ValueField formula that referenced itself with the GetFieldFormula function. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-57114 Templates and reports

Previously, using the template attribute ASSEMBLY_POSITION_CODE for a part outside the grid could sometimes cause a Tekla Structures application error. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-42858 Drawings

Layout editor: Resetting the drawing layout now works properly with key plan views.

TTSD-46929 Drawings

Rebar pull-out pictures: Coupler and end anchor symbols did not work unless the PullOutRepresentation option was set to 0 (single line) in rebar_config.inp. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-47121 Drawings

Part marks in drawings: New empty marks are now positioned correctly again.

TTSD-50416 Drawings

The drawing order between part faces and section faces in drawings has been improved.

TTSD-52831 Drawings

Manually hidden objects in drawings no longer hide content behind the text of the hidden object.

TTSD-55378 Drawings

View-specific dimensioning: Rebar assembly dimensions were sometimes incorrect. The issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-56425 Drawings

The plate side marks did not work correctly in some cases, Tekla Structures did not check whether the dimension point was connected to a plate to determine the mark to be used. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-56689 Drawings

Earlier, the leader line of a bolt hole mark for a slotted hole with offsets could sometimes be shown with a dashed line instead of a solid line. This issue has now been fixed.

Fabrication drawings: Pressing Ctrl+A to select all objects now works more reliably in the Creation review dialog box.

Cloning improvements:
- Cloning of drawings is now slightly faster when there are many views.
- Cloning of drawings is now slightly faster in cases with dimensions.

Drawing property pane: When creating a dimension, the Excluded tags setting is now applied correctly from standard settings when the Filter value is empty.

TTSD-57371 Drawings

Drawing property pane: When you modified the text properties in the drawing property pane, the text was aligned incorrectly. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-57446 Drawings

It is now possible to modify drawing objects using the drawing property pane also when you have a Drafter license.

TTSD-57513 Drawings

Fabrication drawings: Tekla Structures could freeze the first time the Creation review dialog box was opened if your machine did not have any connection to the Internet. This issue has now been fixed.

TSAC-7342 Reinforcement

Issues with custom mesh width and length have been fixed for cases where bent meshes contain cutouts.

TSAC-7385 Reinforcement

Rebar shape placing tool: The length of the first bar leg with a 90+ degree hook has now been fixed.

TTSD-52340 Reinforcement

Tekla Structures checks for duplicates when a new model object is created. The duplicate detection was fixed so that overlapping rebar set modifiers of different types (for example, a property modifier and an end detail modifier) are not considered to be duplicates even if they have identical geometry.

TTSD-56186 Reinforcement

Previously, when a polygon mesh with the Multiple varying distances spacing method was modified using direct modification, incorrect width and length values were reported for it. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-56874 Reinforcement

Previously in rebar shape recognition, a value of zero for the extra point shortening was not accepted. If you entered zero, the default value of 0.3 mm was used instead. Now you can enter zero if you do not want any straight segments at a small angle to be merged.
Also another issue was fixed whereby a straight segment of a bar was sometimes incorrectly merged to an adjacent circular arc in rebar shape recognition.

TTSD-56956 Reinforcement

Rebar sets: An issue was fixed whereby a guideline was previously removed from a rebar set if you entered incorrect spacing values. This only happened for rebar sets containing more than one guideline.

TTSD-56997 Reinforcement

Rebar shape recognition: An issue was fixed whereby complex reinforcing bars were incorrectly reversed in shape recognition, particularly when the geometry was a combination of arcs and straight segments. The issue caused the shape to be reported as Unknown.

TTSD-56177 Modeling

The robustness of solid objects has been improved to prevent application errors in Tekla Structures.

TTSD-57232 Modeling

Copying welds in Batch editor now works better than previously.

TTSD-57237 Modeling

Previously, when you used the Move special > Linear, or Move special > Rotate, or Move special > Mirror command, the picking of points was stopped when you clicked Move. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-57470 Modeling

Previously, if an analysis model (.db6) was created of a physical model, the Ctrl+A selection might be affected so that physical model parts with corresponding analysis parts were not selected, even when the analysis model was not active. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-57607 Modeling

Bolts: Earlier, bolts inside components were incorrectly positioned when one of the input parts was deformed by shortening. The incorrect positioning occurred when XS_DRAW_BOLTS_3D_IN_BOLT_LAYER was set to TRUE and when the bolts had the Exact representation in model views. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-54466 Analysis and design

When changes in the physical model are considered for an analysis model or analysis part (Automatic update set to Yes - Physical model changes are considered), changing the rotation for a physical part now updates the corresponding analysis object.

TTSD-57208 Core

Previously, if Cancel was pressed when the model view was opened, an assert was logged. This was unnecessary, and the assert does not occur anymore.

TTSD-57229 Core

Now the Save as command works with non-ascii folder names.

TTSD-56559 User interface

Previously, in Quick Launch, clicking the Videos command in the All commands category gave a "Page not found" page. This has now been fixed, and the command opens a correct page.

TSAC-7607 Import, export, interoperability (concrete)

Export ELiPLAN file (68): Previously, when an exported element had skewed cuts at the start or at the end, the exported values were not correct. This issue has now been fixed.

TTSD-57066 Common

Property pane: Some visibility options were missing from the property pane settings when you started Tekla Structures with the property pane undocked. This issue has now been fixed.
