Get started with your Tekla Structures trial

Before you start, make sure that you have completed the following steps as instructed on the Free Trial Download page:

• Create your Trimble Identity.
• Download and install the Tekla Structures software and at least one environment. Environments simply contain region-specific settings, tools, and customizations. If you're not sure which environment you need, or if an environment isn’t available for your region, install the Default environment. You can check our Hardware recommendations here.
• Activate your 30 day trial subscription.

Next, launch the software and choose the appropriate options:

Sign in with your Trimble Identity, then select your:

• Environment - Select the environment that you downloaded and installed earlier.
• Role - Select the role that most closely matches your job type.
• Configuration - Select the trial configuration. The configuration controls which features are available to you based on the license agreement.
