Save changes to all copies of the custom component

1. In the custom component editor, click the Save component button.

2. In the Save confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

   Tekla Structures saves the changes and applies them to all copies of the custom component in the model.

Save the component with a new name

1. In the custom component editor, click the Save with new name button.

2. Enter a new name for the component.

Save and close the component

1. In the custom component editor, click the Close button.

2. In the Close custom component editor message, click Yes.

   If you click No , the custom component editor closes without saving the changes.
