Modify collections in Tekla Warehouse

You can change the name and description of collections, add or remove thumbnails for collections, and change the visibility of collections. You can also delete collections.

Tip: If you do not want subscribers to be notified about the changes that you made, select Minor update, don't notify subscribers when you modify the collection.

Change the name or description of a collection

Go to the collection page.
Click .
Click Edit.
In the Collection details section, change the name or description of the collection.
Click Save.

Add or remove a thumbnail for a collection

To add a thumbnail for a collection, see Create a thumbnail for a collection or content item in Tekla Warehouse.

To remove a thumbnail from a collection:

Go to the collection page.
Click .
Click Edit.
In the Thumbnail image section, find the thumbnail that you want to delete and click .

Change the visibility of a collection

Go to the collection page.
Click .
Click Edit.
To set the visibility, in the Collection visibility section, click Private or Public.

Delete a collection

When you delete a collection, all content in the collection is also deleted.

Go to the collection page.
Click .
Click Edit.
Click Delete.
To confirm the deletion, click Delete.
