For administrators: Step 3 - Activate Tekla on-demand licenses

Activate Tekla on-demand licenses in the user interface

Start Tekla on-demand license administration tool.
Enter the Cloud Licensing Service ID that was sent to you in the on-demand license entitlement email.
Click Use.
Enter one or more activation IDs.

The Activation ID is delivered in the on-demand license entitlement email along with the Cloud Licensing Service ID.

You can paste up to 10 activation IDs at a time. Separate multiple activation IDs with commas. There must be no spaces between activation IDs.
When prompted, sign in to your Trimble Identity.
Click Activate.
The Tekla On-Demand Licensing Service starts or restarts. You can now view the activated licenses.

To see more details, click a row to expand it. To select all licenses, click the check box on the header row.

To change administration tool settings, click the settings button . You can:
- Change the Cloud Licensing Service ID.
- Specify the log file and dump file locations, and change the logging level.
- View the Composite ID.
  The Composite ID is the unique ID of the license server generated by the on-demand license administration tool during the activation process.
Making changes restarts the Tekla on-demand licensing service in the background.

You can return individual licenses or multiple licenses at the same time.

In Tekla on-demand license administration tool, select the check box of one or more licenses.
Click Return marked licenses.
Sign in to your Trimble Identity.
