Convert the current, open multi-user model

1. On the File menu, click Sharing.

   The Convert to single-user model dialog appears.

2. Click Convert.

Convert a multi-user model that is not currently open

1. On the File menu, click Open > All models.

2. Select the multi-user model to be converted from the list of models.

3. When the model properties are visible, click Convert to single-user model.

   The Convert to single-user model dialog appears.

4. Click Convert.

Convert any multi-user model on the Tekla Structures start screen

1. Start Tekla Structures.

2. On the Tekla Structures - Setup screen select the environment, role and configuration.

3. Click OK.

   The start screen appears.

4. On the Recent or All models tab, select a multi-user model.

   Multi-user models have symbol in the Users column.

5. Next to the Open button, click the arrow and select Convert to single-user model.

   The Convert to single-user model dialog appears.

6. Click Convert.
