Attach files to a transmittal

In the Transmittal dialog box, click Attached
Files.
The Transmittal dialog box opens.

Click New.
The Document Index - Add Document Reference dialog box opens.

To add a file, click Add
File, Add
Outlook Email, or Add Outlook Attachments.
For more detailed instructions on adding files, see Add document references.
- In Description, type a description for the attached file.
- Click Save.
- Close the dialog box.
