On the right side of an open
project management job, click Drawing Log.

In the context menu, select
the drawing log in which the drawing is stored.
Note that the
All Drawing Logs option opens a drawing log that
lists all drawings that you have added.

In the open drawing
log, click the Drawing
Log ribbon tab.

On the menu, select
Global Edit.

To only modify specific types of drawings, in the Drawing Log Global Edit Filters dialog box, select a filter type in the Type list, and click Select.

In the Filter dialog box, do one of the following depending on the filter
type:

Click
OK to apply the filter.
To further limit the
drawing types that you want to modify, repeat steps 5 to 7 for all
necessary filter types.

At the bottom of the Drawing Log Global Edit Filters dialog box, click OK.

In the Global Edit dialog box, select check boxes next to the properties that you want to
update.

Modify the selected properties
in the Global Edit dialog box according to your needs.
For example, change the
approval status, or select another drawing date.

Click
OK.

To confirm the changes that you made, click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
The modified drawing properties
are updated in the drawing log.
