Answer

The Home ribbon > Model Settings > Design Codes page, specifies the Head Code and the associated Action and Resistance Codes used in the model file.

Europe (Eurocode) is available as an option, however, a Eurocode is reliant upon the National Annex for the Country the building is to be built in.

If you have the option set as above, then the basic values are used from the Eurocode with no reference to National Annex's. This means that there is no wind data to reference.

To resolve you need to ensure that the Head Code is set to the Country the building is to be built in.

i.e. United Kingdom (Eurocode) as an example. The Wind Wizard data can then be derived  in accordance with BS EN 1991-1-4 UK National Annex - Eurocode 1 - Actions on structures - Part 1-4: General actions - Wind actions

Once you have a Eurocode with National Annex specified, the Wind Wizard... command will allow you to define the relevant input data.
