1. General Settings

1.1 Role initialization files

The following advanced option is removed from the "Role_Precast_Detailer.ini & Role_Rebar-Detailer.ini” initialization files
“XS_USE_DASHED_HIDDEN_LINES” 

These are now only Toggle Options you can now use the Hatching of overlapping surfaces and Dashed line for hidden line options in File menu > Settings > Switches.

1.2 Modeling

Bolt:

When several parts are connected together with a bolt group or single bolt, it is now possible to create different holes in each of the parts. The holes in one part can be slotted, and the holes in the other parts can be either special or standard holes. Based on this feature, New bolt attribute "SpecialHoles" created in Bolt for your reference

1.4 Drawings

Export

Now you can select whether to include in the drawing DWG/DXF export the drawing views that are located outside the drawing area. A new check box, Include views outside the drawing frame, has been added in the Export drawings as DWG/DXF dialog box for this purpose. If you do not select the check box, the export excludes the drawing views that are outside the drawing area. The views that are partially inside the drawing area are always exported by default. Previously, the views outside the drawing area were always exported, and there was no way to export only the views inside drawing area.

When the Include views outside the drawing frame check box is selected, the export preview is enlarged to show all included views.

By default, the new check box is not selected.

We created a new attribute in the drawing export functionality, which is "Ind_IncludeIOutsideFrame.dwgsetting", in which the new check box is selected.

2. Steel Settings

2.1 Organizer

The below property template added in the organizer to get outcome if you used "special hole type" of bolt in your projects.

2.2 Drawings

Dimension objects on selected sides only (Dimensioning Improvements)

In the view-specific dimensioning, the dimensioning method Filter has a new Only objects on the selected sides check box in rule creation allowing you to only dimension objects that are on a certain side of the main part, for example, Front side. By creating separate rules for each side you can have front and back side objects dimensioned on separate dimension lines.

To explain the above new dimensioning improvements, We created a new assembly drawing for the Assembly position B45 in  "General_Steel" Model template, in which you can get new settings in the View Properties along with the new attributes.

In this "Ind_objects_SelectedSide" attributes, front, below,top and back side objects are dimensioned on separate dimension lines:
