Trimble Connect Model Reviewer
Purpose and description
This extension allows users to collaborate between Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect utilizing Property Sets. Project participants can add property sets to model objects in Trimble Connect which can then be viewed and colorized in Tekla Structures.

Interface
This extensions adds a Side Pane feature to right hand side. To use simply click on the feature button.
Configure options the first time you run on a project to setup, this is unique per user per model.

The Tekla Structures project must be shared to Trimble Connect and user must be signed in to use this extension. This extension also requires internet connection.
*NOTE: When you first launch extension for a new model or new user you will see a red or other color background and in the middle error text. This is normal before setup, go to Options and set properties there first.
Main Feature View
- Colorize
- If active, colorizes the Tekla Structures model based on Trimble Connect status value and picked color from Options. You can toggle on/off as needed.
- Select
- If active, selects the object in Tekla Strutures for each node selected in Tree view.
- Zoom
- If active, zooms the model view in Tekla Structures for each node selected in Tree view.
- Property View
- Opens additional side pane feature at bottom of window to show additional details on Property (Pset), history data, and Links if any.
- Select from Model
- If a part/assembly is selected in Tekla Structures, select in Tree view corresponding node if it exists.
- Reload
- Reloads all data from Trimble Connect from scratch and updates visualization.
- Options
- Opens setup view for extension and project setup.
- Troubleshooting
- Opens additional view for troubleshooting including log and detailed status.
- Status
- Information about current status of tool.
Options View
- Navigate back button
- Closes options view and goes back to extension feature main view.
- Save Load control
- Overwrites control data on view from saved attribute file, saves data to file.
- Property Name
- Name of property (Pset property) from Trimble Connect Project to use to visualize model status.
- 3d Model
- Name of the 3d model view from Trimble Connect Project, required to view Link data for object in the Property view panel.
- Show Property History
- Check box to get and show property past history in Property view panel, this can be slower depending on how many property sets you have and how many history items.
- Default State
- The visualization state for items not having a status value.
- Default Color
- The visualization color for items not having a status value .
- Status Rules
- The color for each drop down choice selected by the user for that particular definition.
- Add button
- Re-creates the colorization rules from the selected Trimble Connect definition, you can then pick a color for each time and save.
- Cancel button
- Closes opions view not saving or changing the setup, navigates back to main feature view.
- Status
- Only shows if something has changed in Options view since loaded, lets you know when you navigate back (unless you press Cancel button) changes will occur in status visualization.

- Project Information
- Basic project setup and troubleshooting information.
- Organizer Setup
- Shows Discovery tree/node and last status connecting.
- Status and Project Tree
- Shows detailed state for Connect status and Project tree showing any/all project libraries, definitions, and available property sets.
- Connect Log
- Trimble Connect status and log.
- Main Log
- Extension errors and debugging main log.
- Status
- Additional status field.
Localization
Two different file types are used by this extension.

| TcStatusOptions_UserName.xml | Main controlling setup file that drives extension, name is hard coded and dependent on user. File contains connect definition, colorization rules, defition, model file id, default state, and miscellaneous settings. You can copy from project to project or for other users and rename "UserName" text if desired. |
| AnyFileName.tcmr | Options saved lists for colorization rules, connect definition, default state, and miscellaneous settings. Used only to save/load settings to populate Options view controls. You can copy to additional projects if needed. |
