Tekla Structures 2022 is only compatible with Tekla Structural Designer 2021 or 2022 (all service packs). Previously, if Tekla Structural Designer 2023 was also installed, the direct Import and Export commands tried to use the latest version and then failed without a specific message.
This issue has now been fixed so that Tekla Structures 2022 will use the correct version for direct import and export. For example:
- If Tekla Structural Designer 2021 and 2022 and 2023 are installed, the direct links will use Tekla Structural Designer 2022.
- If Tekla Structural Designer 2021 and 2023 are installed, the direct links will use Tekla Structural Designer 2021.
- If only Tekla Structural Designer 2023 is installed, the direct links will warn the user that there is no compatible version of Tekla Structural Designer.
