MySQL error: 1062 Usersessions Table

The MySQL 1062 error message for the usersessions table prevents users from logging into the program.

To correct this, do the following:

Perform a #GUID-D7F6AB36-3617-4446-8F5D-B103DD7E589C on the server.
After that is completed, log into the (EPM) desktop application on the server and immediately perform the repair program errors procedure using Check/Repair Tables: Extended (Slow) to make sure that no other data files are affected.
