How do I change the color of a construction point in the model view?

Answer:

This can be accomplished by changing the line color of Point1.dwg and Point2.dwg using an external DWG editor. These DWG files are located in …\TeklaStructures\<version>\Environments\common. 

 

Typical locations are:

  • C:\TeklaStructures\2021.0\Environments\common\symbols
  • C:\Program Files\TeklaStructures\2021.0\Environments\common\symbols

Note:

A full restart of Tekla Structures is required to see changes to these files.
