  • User defined notes can be included in the output documentation.

Footing analysis & design (ACI318)

Enhanced calculation:

  • Specify different reinforcement cover for the top, bottom and sides of the footing

  • Include a summary results table in the output

  • Define your own title in the output

  • Define your own notes which will be included in the output

  • Added a batch design example for the footing stability checks

Anchor bolt design (ACI318), Column base plate design (AISC360)

Enhanced to include a new screw anchor type: A post-installed threaded, mechanical anchor inserted into hardened concrete that transfers loads to the concrete by engagement of the hardened threads of the screw with the grooves that the threads cut into the sidewall of a predrilled hole during anchor installation.

Column base plate design (AISC360)

Enhanced to include new provisions for shear lug design to ACI318. The design of attachments with shear lugs includes a bearing strength in shear check and a Concrete breakout strength check of the shear lug.
