  • A new bending shape property Arc twist angle (AT) has been added for all curved legs. This property has a non-zero value when the bar has a 3D shape. The value may also be -180 if the curved arc rotation is in different direction than the previous arc or bending.
  • The bending twist angle (T) value is given also for the first bending if the first leg is curved.
  • The previous new properties AT and T are also included as shape code rules.
  • The properties AL, AA, RI, and RO can now be used in formulas.
  • Polygonal bars are no longer converted into curved bars if the curve is not on the same plane (and if only the projection of the geometry is a circular arc).
TTSD-13154 Reinforcement The visualization of curved and circular reinforcing bars containing hooks has been improved where previously the hook bending was not correctly represented.
TTSD-15678 Reinforcement The threading visualization used in rebar sets is now also available for reinforcing bar groups and single reinforcing bars.
TTSD-27901 Reinforcement All template attributes starting with CRANK_ can now be used to report crank properties when cranking is created by using end detail modifiers.
TTSD-27964 Reinforcement Previously, Tekla Structures crashed when you copied rebar set properties and other objects were selected along with the target rebar set. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-28607 Reinforcement Previously, Tekla Structures could crash if a rebar set contained an end detail modifier defining a custom hook with zero angle. Sometimes such hook definitions could also prevent the model from being opened. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-29759 Reinforcement When attaching rebar set bars to concrete parts, Tekla Structures now uses the center of bars instead of the center of gravity to determine to which parts the bars are attached. Previously, using the center of gravity could cause rebar set bars to be attached to incorrect parts as the center of gravity could locate outside the bars. This happened to L-shaped bars, for example.
TTSD-30092 Reinforcement In rebar sets, the default hook direction now depends only on the first leg. Previously, it was determined from the first two legs including a possible cranked leg at the other end of the bar.
TTSD-31061 Reinforcement Previously, rebar set adaptivity did not work correctly when magnetic grid planes were used in the model. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-31463 Reinforcement Previously, all rebar sets were modified after you set the work plane. This happened when you deleted a rebar set, undid the delete command, and then updated the window. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-32199 Reinforcement Previously, when you created a concrete part with a round part cut, a rebar set bar that intersected the edge of the cut was not correctly attached to the concrete part. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-7959, TTSD-31577 Reinforcement Split rebar groups are now mirrored correctly.
TTSD-8028, TTSD-8098 Reinforcement Tapered (or tapered ridge, tapered curved) rebar groups with excess exact spacing values are now mirrored correctly.
TTSD-8097 Reinforcement Previously, when direct modification was used to create exact spacings and a zero/negative end offset for a rebar group, the rebar group was not mirrored correctly. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-16351 Modeling Previously, pour breaks did not work in some cases when the parts forming the pour were very slightly tilted. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-22467 Modeling Previously, there was a second cursor drawn in the model origin when you rotated the view. This has now been fixed, and the additional cursor does not show up in the model origin.

TTSD-24624 Modeling Snapping in the orthogonal Z direction has been improved. It is now easier to shorten or lengthen a column, for example.
TTSD-26805 Modeling In some cases, weld preparations were not shown in the model after copying. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-27047 Modeling Previously, if there was a conflict in a multi-user model and you clicked Review in the conflict message dialog box, Tekla Structures showed an error message when you viewed the conflict log. Now the error message is not shown anymore in conflict situations.
TTSD-27826 Modeling In some cases, for example, when the plane of a part face or an opening face ran through an opening in the part and its pour break plane, the pour break was not created or it became invalid. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-28366 Modeling Selecting points that are already selected is now possible after changing the object creation type, for example, creating a polycurve and switching the creation method from arc to line.
TTSD-28434 Modeling Previously, a model with rebar sets could not be reopened after repairing the model if XS_DELETE_UNNECESSARY_INT_ARRAYS was set to TRUE. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-29673 Modeling Parts whose material is Formwork_undefined are no longer added to the pour unit when you use the Calculate pour units command. However, you can manually add these parts to pour units if the cast unit type is precast.
TTSD-29706 Modeling Previously, moving a bolt caused its phase to reset to 0. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-29820 Modeling Profiles with zero decimals (for example, C130X2.0) were not shown correctly in the model (their detailed shape was lost and did not contain roundings, for example). This applied to fixed profiles which were created from sketched profiles. Now this has been fixed.
TTSD-29843 Modeling Previously, it was not possible to enter the decimal symbol after the inch symbol when defining radial grid properties in the property pane or when using the Radial grid component. This has now been fixed and you can enter values in the format 1'-2".5, 1-2".5, or just 2".5.
TTSD-29844 Modeling Previously, it was not possible to enter the decimal symbol after the inch symbol when defining rectangular grid properties in the property pane. This has now been fixed and you can enter values in the format 1'-2".5, 1-2".5, or just 2".5.

TTSD-32449 Modeling Previously, polycurve geometry was removed when repairing the database if the XS_DELETE_UNNECESSARY_INT_ARRAYS advanced option was set to TRUE. This lead to corrupted polycurve geometry that caused Tekla Structures to crash. This has now been fixed. Polycurve has been added to the Diagnose model command so that it removes the corrupted geometry. In this situation you need to recreate the polycurve.
TTSD-32752 Modeling Previously, lofted plate geometry was removed when repairing the database if the XS_DELETE_UNNECESSARY_INT_ARRAYS advanced option was set to TRUE. This resulted in corrupted lofted plate geometry and the next repair would delete the lofted plate parts. This has now been fixed. Lofted plate has been added to the Diagnose model command so that it removes the corrupted geometry. In this situation you need to recreate the lofted plate.
