Transparency Notice for AI System Use

We’d like to inform you that this service uses an AI-based system to support your experience and success with the service.

Purpose: This AI system is designed to improve your user experience by answering your Tekla products-related support questions (User Assistant) and providing code examples that can help you create and modify Tekla Structures models (Developer Assistant).

How It Works: The assistant combines information retrieval from Trimble resources with a generative language model and it provides an answer to your questions (User Assistant) or the code example that suits your needs (Developer Assistant). It does not make any autonomous decisions.

Data Used: The system processes information such as your interaction with the service and content created by Trimble. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Limitations: The AI system may not always suggest the most relevant answer or solution. Automation is prohibited.
