Error messages when double clicking a .tsep file

Some users have faced issues when installing extensions by double clicking a .tsep file. Windows will complain that it can't find the installation package for Tsep File Dispatcher Launcher. (Note! This issue should be valid only for version 1.2.22 and older.)

This issue can be fixed by reinstalling Tsep File Dispatcher Launcher:
- Uninstall the existing version from Control Panel's "Programs and Features" section.
- Download the latest Tsep File Dispatcher Launcher installer from Tekla Warehouse: https://warehouse.tekla.com/#/catalog/details/51309796-3b9a-4e6a-9950-9ceee7a0dcbb
- Install the new version. Tsep File Dispatcher Launcher is installed to "C:\Program Files\Tekla File Dispatcher" by default and the location can't be changed during the installation. This makes the installation very straightforward.
