Case: Error 7288 : The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because number of copies left is zero
Error 111 : License Activation Failed - The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy, because fulfill count exceeded to seat count
Solution: There are a couple of possible reasons for this:
1. You are trying to activate some licenses which have been activated before on another server/computer/workstation, hence FLEXnet will not allow you to activate more licenses than you are entitled to activate and use (all licenses are activated). You need to deactivate the license(s) from the other computer and then activate the license(s) on the new server/computer.
2. Maybe you tried to activate a renewed temporary license(s) or a permanent license without deactivating the previous linked activated license(s). Hence, you need to deactivate the existing temporary license(s) and then activate the succeeding linked license(s).
