Apply member loads
Tekla Structural Designer allows you to create and apply the following types of member loads:
The above loads can be applied to all
one-dimensional member types apart from braces and truss internals, (these latter two
types being prevented from having loads applied within their length).
Note: If the load you want to apply is grayed
out on the ribbon, first check that you have an appropriate loadcase selected. For
example, the above loads cannot be applied in a loadcase with the Calc
Automatically option selected.
