When the user is logged in with a Viewer license, a warning banner shows at the top of Tekla PowerFab. See Tekla PowerFab Configurations.

On the Combining, Estimating, Project Management, Production Control, Requisition, and Purchase Order selection dialogs there is now an option to perform a partial text filter on specific fields in the grid. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i.

On all interfaces that have the ability to show the cost type in a grid, if a record is using the default cost type option then that default is shown in the grid instead of a blank value.

In Production Control, the CNC File Hole Diameter grid and filter display now include the slot width and length. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i.

In Maintenance > Production Control > Company Standards, new Enable Piece Tracking and Enable Load Tracking options have been added on the Input Settings tab. These settings are used as the defaults for options with the same name on each Production Control job. If enabled, then new accessory parts added to the job will automatically have the Accessory Piece/Load Tracking option enabled as long as the shape of the part does not have the Exclude from Piece/Load Tracking option enabled in Shape Maintenance. Previously, when importing into Production Control, if a revision caused a part to be changed from an accessory to the main member and the job had the Main Member Instance Tracking option enabled, instance tracking was not automatically enabled for that part. This issue has now been fixed.

Date/Time Loaded for documents in inspections can now be added to the grid and to reports. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i.

Previously, in Production Control, when adding assemblies to a load or to complete a station it was possible for an extraneous "Main Mark - You must select a valid option" message to appear. This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, when scrolling through a grid quickly, it was possible for an application error to occur (64-bit only). This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, in Production Control, when the Date/Time Station Completed filter was used, it never included records where the piece tracking entry did not include the time. This issue has now been fixed so that piece tracking entries that do not include the time are considered to have a time of 00:00/12:00am for the purposes of applying this filter.

In Administration, a Production Employee checkbox has been added to the Tekla PowerFab Users information. This option indicates whether the user should appear in the selection for the Completed By field in Production Control Piece Tracking. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i.

You can now directly open a purchase order or requisition after saving the results of a combination run to it. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i

In Requisitions and Purchase Orders, when exporting the drawing and CNC files, the files associated with any combined parts are now included.

In Inventory and Production Control Cut List Properties and in Purchase Order Edit dialogs, the Job # input has been changed from a text edit to a combo box populated with the list production control jobs.

In Inventory History, the ALL, JOBPRCE1, and JOBSUM reports have been converted to Stimulsoft.

In 2024, we introduced a bug where, if Detail Drawings were excluded from an SDS/2 import into Production Control, the information from the Bill of Material (like Sequence) for those assemblies was also excluded. This issue has now been fixed.

The Trimble Viewpoint Integration Settings dialog has been enhanced to allow for multiple company codes to be configured, and for company codes to be associated with individual inventory locations. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i.

When the Trimble Viewpoint integration is enabled, the Purchase Order Edit dialog now includes a field on the Financial tab to select the company code to use for that PO. See Other improvements in Tekla PowerFab 2024i.

When an external software sends a SaveNest command through the API, it can specify whether or not to automatically save the results, or to wait for the user to manually save them. The default was to wait for the user to manually save them, but this was reversed so that it automatically saved results by default. This issue has now been fixed.

Previously, when an SDS/2 import into Production Control analyzed the bolts on the Bill of Material to match them with bolts from the model, it was not taking into account which bolts were labeled "Shop" versus "Field". This issue has now been corrected.

Previously, when a nesting result was received, parts in the nest failed to match if the job name included special characters that are not permitted in file names (\/*?<>|":). This issue has now been fixed.

In PowerFab Go Production Tracking, the piece mark is now shown for main members.
