Set the default printer
You can set or change the default printer for the current workstation. Setting a default printer for a workstation is optional.
- Click the Administration ribbon tab.
- On the File menu, select Default Printer.
- To select or change the default printer, in the dialog box, click Change.
- In the Select Printer dialog box, click a printer to select it.
- Click OK.
- To confirm using the selected printer as the default printer, in the Default Printer dialog box, click OK.
