Question:
Can I export dimension line and dimension text on different layers to DWG format?
Answer:
Yes. Although there is no direct option to export dimension line and dimension text to different layers, you can do so with the help of Linetypemapping.xml. In layer setup for dimensions, you should assign the layer required for dimension text. For example, you need to assign dimension lines to the DIM layer and the dimension text to the DIM_TEXT layer.
