Manage project contacts
To share project information with the other parties of the project, you need to add the parties to the project management job. To add the necessary companies and contacts to the project use the Add Contact command. You can also modify the existing companies and contact persons, or remove any unnecessary companies from the project.
We recommend that you add at least the client as this is where we specify vital information such as key contacts and the jobsite address. We also recommend that you add in any company that you will be sending drawing transmittals and requests for information.
Any company and contact that you wish to add to a project must first exist in the address book. See Add contacts to the address book and Add companies to the address book.

Remove a company from the project
Removing a company from the project is permanent and cannot be undone. If you remove a company, you will no longer be able to send project documents to the company.
- In the Project Contacts section of the Project dialog box, select the contact.
- Click Remove Contact.
- To permanently delete the contact from this project, click Yes.
