Add schedule notes

You can add any notes related to a baseline plan or schedule task. You can modify and delete existing notes.

You can add notes on the Baseline Plan tab in the Project Schedule dialog box and in the Schedule Tasks dialog box.

  1. Select the task to which you want to add notes.
  2. At the bottom of the dialog box, click Notes.

    The Notes dialog box opens.

  3. Click New.
  4. Type any notes about the task.
  5. Click Add.

    You are prompted to confirm the addition.

  6. Click Yes.
  7. Click the Close button (X) to close the Notes dialog box.
