1. Go to Maintenance > Production Control > Finish Maintenance.
   The Finish Maintenance dialog box opens.
2. Click New.
3. Type an abbreviation and a description for the new finish option.
4. In Shipping Route, select the shipping route that you want to use for production control items with the new finish option. (Optional)

   For more information on shipping routes, see Manage default shipping routes.

5. In Mapping (one per line), type any finish descriptions that should be mapped to this finish type when importing the model finish information.

   Type each additional finish description on a separate line.

6. Click Add.

1. Go to Maintenance > Production Control > Finish Maintenance.
   The Finish Maintenance dialog box opens.
2. Click the finish option that you want to modify to select it.
3. Modify the abbreviation, description, and shipping route according to your needs.
4. Click Save.

Note that deleting a finish option is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Go to Maintenance > Production Control > Finish Maintenance.
   The Finish Maintenance dialog box opens.
2. Click the finish option that you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.
4. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes to permanently delete the finish option.

1. Go to Maintenance > Production Control > Finish Maintenance.
   The Finish Maintenance dialog box opens.
2. On the Finish Maintenance ribbon tab, click Export to XML.

   The Save As dialog box opens.

3. Select the folder where you want to export the XML file with finish options.
4. Click Save.
