Guard is the initial version of Trimble Connect extension that helps administrators monitor and manage repetitive tasks on their projects.

Restrict sharing with 'Any user with the link'

When this rule is turned on, any sharing with 'Any user with the link' is restricted and authorized users are informed by email notification.

Set the checking time interval how frequently the extension checks shares in the project.

The interval is set in miliseconds. The minimum is 400 ms, the maximum is 10 minutes.

Activity log contains the information about restricted shares:

  • Evaluation time
  • Permission
  • Created on
  • Created by
  • Modified by
  • Shared with
  • Documents

Reset the changes in settings that weren't saved yet.
