Construsoft e-shop is an independent solution for fast and easy purchase of products provided by Construsoft. Access the detailed product information and purchase the licenses for Trimble Connect extensions in a single form or as a bundle, for a Monthly or Yearly subscription, to satisfy your project needs!

Part identification key

In the e-shop header, find the essential navigation tools for the main parts of the Construsoft e-shop.

Registration

To purchase the license for the extensions, it is necessary to be logged into your account. To log in for the first time, you have to firstly register.

Use the following ways to register:

1. Use the link: Create an account

2. Go to the main page and select "My account" in the page header.

You will be redirected to the LOGIN page.

Choose the option "Create an account" below the "Sign in" button. You will be redirected to the REGISTRATION page.

Option	Description
1	Create a Private account.
2	Create a Company account.

Create a Private account

To create a private account, fill in:

First name
Last name
Email address
Password

When all the fields are filled, the button "Create an account" turns blue and the account can be created.

Create a Company account

To create a company account, fill in:

First name
Last name
Email address
Password
VAT number - to ensure that the correct VAT rate or exemption is applied according to local tax regulations, it is necessary to enter the valid VAT number of your company. Please, note that the VAT verification can take a while.

When all the fields are filled and the VAT number is verified, the button "Create an account" turns blue and the account can be created.

After the creation of the account, you will be redirected to the main page of the e-shop with the loading spinner indicating the saving of the VAT number to your account. During that process, no other actions are possible.

After the process of VAT saving is done, welcome on the Construsoft e-shop!

Login

To purchase the license for the extensions, it is necessary to be logged into your account.

If you have already went through the registration process, use the following ways to log in:

1. Use the link: LOGIN

2. Go to the main page and select "My account".

You will be redirected to the LOGIN page.

Option	Description
1	Log in with your email address and password used for the account created by registration.
2	Choose this option in situation when you Forget your password. You will be redirected to the "Reset your password" page. Image Enter your account Email address and the email for resetting the password will be sent from the address webshop@construsoft.com into your email box. Image Click on the "Reset your password" button. You will be redirected to the page to enter a new password. Image Enter a new password in the first field and confirm it by entering the same password in the second field. Create a new password by clicking on the "Reset password" button. Then you will be redirected directly to your account in Construsoft e-shop. NOTE: If your account is created through a different login like the Trimble ID or Google, you will not be able to reset your password.
3	Use SSO login. Option: Continue with Trimble Continue with Google Continue with Microsoft Continue with Apple

Option

Description

Choose this option in situation when you Forget your password. You will be redirected to the "Reset your password" page.

Enter your account Email address and the email for resetting the password will be sent from the address webshop@construsoft.com into your email box.

Click on the "Reset your password" button. You will be redirected to the page to enter a new password.

Enter a new password in the first field and confirm it by entering the same password in the second field. Create a new password by clicking on the "Reset password" button. Then you will be redirected directly to your account in Construsoft e-shop.

NOTE: If your account is created through a different login like the Trimble ID or Google, you will not be able to reset your password.

In the "All products" page, see the offer of all products provided by Construsoft e-shop.

(NOTE: Currently, "All products" page corresponds to the Trimble Connect Extensions offer.)

When you click on the particular extension or bundle, the page with detailed information about this particular product opens.

Product overview

In the "Product overview", find the general information about the product, and price, and add it to the cart.

Option	Description
1	Product name
2	Product price in euros, next to it you can see the information, whether the price includes or excludes the VAT. Below, you have additional informations, such as that the price applies to the subscription license and one license can be used per one project.
3	Choose, whether you want a monthly or yearly subscription.
4	Choose the quantity of licenses.
5	Add the selected variant of license(s) to the cart using the button "Add to cart"
6	See the information about the main functionality.
7	Specifications
8	System requirements
9	Related items - typically, see the bundles containing the product.

Contact

On the "Contact" page, choose from different ways the one you would prefer to contact us.

1. Use the contact form on the right side and one of our offices will contact you soon.

2. See the list of all offices by clicking on the button "List of all offices" on the right side above the contact form and select the one to see the contacts. Use the phone number or e-mail address to contact us.

3. Choose the office directly on the map to see the contacts. The details will open on the left side of the page. Use the phone number or e-mail address to contact us.

My account

In the "My account" page, find the information about your account and subscription.

Option	Description
1	Log out of your account.
2	Manage subscription - to manage licenses on a subscription basis, use the option "Go to subscription manager". See the section "Subscription Manager".
3	Payment history - see the brief overview of your orders. For more details, click on the order number. See the section "Payment history".
4	Account details - see your account details and edit them in the "Edit account details". Note: The e-mail address and VAT number can't be changed and to change these informations it is necessary to contact the administrator via e-mail: webshop@construsoft.com.

Edit account details

In the "Edit account details", you can edit details visible on the "My account" page or add another address which can be used.

Option	Description
1	Return to account details - get back to the "My account" page.
2	Manage your account details - Edit or delete account details.
3	Add a new address

When the account details are edited or a new address is added, the panel with the form opens on the left side of the page.

Here, you can fill the following information:

First name - mandatory field
Last name - mandatory field
Company
Address 1
Address 2
City
Country/region - mandatory field
Postal/ZIP code
Phone
Set as default address

After filling out the form and all the mandatory fields, use the button "Update address" or "Add address" to save the changes.

The default address will be then visible on the "My account" page.

Subscription Manager

In the "Subscription Manager" page, view and manage your active and inactive subscriptions.

Option	Description
1	View your next payment - overview of your last active and inactive subscriptions and information about upcoming payment(s) for subscription(s).
2	View upcoming payment(s) - see your upcoming payment(s) based on the active subscription(s) in the order sorted by the date.
3	View previous payment(s) - see your payment(s) history
4	Manage subscriptions - see all your active and inactive subscriptions.
5	Payment details - manage your payment methods, edit them or use one payment method for all orders.

Manage Subscriptions

In the "Manage subscriptions", all the active and inactive subscriptions are displayed and can be managed.

To manage the subscription, use the link "Manage the subscription" below each of the products. The detail of the product opens.

View the description of the product by using the link "More about this product".

Use "Cancel subscription" to inactivate your subscription. Please, provide the reason for the cancellation so we can improve our service for you.

After finishing the process of the cancellation, the product will move to the section "Inactive" subscriptions.

Use the button "Reactivate" to make the subscription of the product active again.

Payment history

In the "Payment history" section, find the details about your order and download the invoice.

Click on the order number to see the details of the order.

The order details open.

Download the invoice as pdf file.

Your cart

On the "Your cart" page, see and edit all the products added to the cart and get to the payment.

Option	Description
1	See the product(s) in your cart, edit the quantity and see the total price for each product.
2	Continue shopping - get back to the "All products" page.
3	See the other useful products. By clicking on the picture or on the name of the product, you will be redirected to the page with detailed information.
4	See the total price for your purchase. Please, read the terms and conditions of Construsoft and if you agree, check the checkbox. It is a necessary step to get to the payment. Use the button "Checkout" to get to the payment.

Purchase of the product(s)

The following steps describe the procedure for purchasing products on the Construsoft e-shop.

1. registration or login.

2. Go to the "All products" page or the "Trimble Connect Extensions" page.

3. Go to the page of the product. There, you can adjust the type of subscription and the quantity and then select the "Add to cart" button.

The number of products in your cart is visible on the "Your cart" icon in the header of the page.

4. Go to the "Your cart" page. There, you can still edit the quantity of each product.

5. Check the "I agree with the terms and conditions" checkbox and use the "Checkout" button to get to the payment.

6. Check the order, your account details, shipping address and method and fill in the payment details to proceed with the secure transaction.

Option	Description
1	Account used for the purchase, identified by e-mail address.
2	Shipping contact and address. Use "Use a different address" to change the shipping address.
3	Shipping method.
4	Payment details
5	Use the icon to get back to the "Your cart" page.
6	See the order overview, and check the total price counted with shipping, taxes, duties, and possible discount.

7. To finalize the order, use the button "Pay now" below the payment details.

8. You will receive an email about the order confirmation and another email about subscription confirmation.

Order confirmation email

In this email, find the order ID, payment summary, or download the invoice.

Subscription confirmation email

In this email, find detailed information about your subscription and license activation on a Trimble Connect project via License Manager.

9. Activate the license via License Manager.
