Plugin Arch Cut (m159) can be used for creating a round arc operation on a beam which can be performed on wood framing machines such as Hundegger or machines using BTL files.

 

NOTE: Do not explode the operation if you want to use it for machine export.

Before you start

Create a profile.

Selection order

  1. Pick the side, the operation is created.

Use the "Parameters" tab to define the operation details.

OptionDescription
Offset type

With this parameter you can define the start position. A distance parameter is linked to this parameter which moves according to the selection.

Options:

  • Start
  • Middle
  • End
Arc definition

With this parameter we indicate which method will be used to define the dimensions of the arc. A parameter is linked to this parameter which moves according to the selection.

Options:

  • By chord length, the length of the operation measured along the profile.
  • By arc radius, the radius of the arc.
Reference sideSelect a box on 1 of the sides to define on which side the processing should be positioned.
DepthDefines the depth of the machining relative to the selected face.

About tab

Information about the "build" date of the tool. This date may differ from the date in the tool you are using, but the content may nevertheless be the same. This date may be required when you contact the helpdesk.
