Plug-in Sunken Bolts (m096) creates cuts in parts at bolt groups that can be performed on a woodworking machine such as Hundegger or machines using BTL files.

Before you start

Model a bolt group into one or more parts.

Back to top

Selection order

  1. Activate the Sunken bolts component (m096).
  2. Click the bolt group or part in which the bolt group(s) are located.
  3. Confirm with middle mouse button.

General tab

On the "General" tab, define the properties of the sunken bolts.

OptionDescription
1

Depth cut of the hole at the head side of the bolt (top). 

2Depth cutout of the hole on the nut side of the bolt (underside).
Create on selected partsSelect the parts (beams) where the infill should be located (not the bolts) and click Create on selected parts to create the cut. The cut is made on all bolt groups in the part.
3Selection menu to indicate whether the holes are round holes or not round holes. The options are:

Round holes. Only the diameter can be set.

4: Diameter of the cut.

Not round holes. Only the diameter can be set.

4: Width of the cut.
5: Height of the cut.
6 : Radius of the rounding at the 4 corners.
