Purpose and description
Use Phases and lots to tasks component to create tasks from phases, from lots and tasks from phase with child tasks by lots. The assemblies in the phase or lot are also added to the tasks.

Installing Phases and lots to tasks
To install the extension:
- Download the Phases and lots to tasks installer package from Tekla Warehouse. For more information see Downloading an application from Tekla Warehouse.
- Install the file package.
Using Phases and lots to tasks
To use the application:
- Open a Tekla model that has GA drawings already created.
- Click the Applications & components button in the side pane to open the Applications & components catalog.
- Search for Phases and lots to tasks
and then double-click to open it.Image
- The Phases and lots to tasks dialog window will open.
- Select a task option from the Create task option field and then select a scenario from the Scenario List.
- If no appropriate scenario is available then a scenario must be created.
- Type the scenario name in the Scenario Name field.
- Click the Create scenario button.
- The chosen name will appear in the Scenario List field.
- Click the Add to selected scenario buttn.
Application options

New task from phase

- From the Create task options field, select the New tasks from phase.
- Select the desired scenario from the Scenario List.
- Click the Add to selected scenario button.
- After the tasks were added to the desired scenario, the following message will appear: The tasks were successful add to the Scenario.
- If no appropriate scenario is available then a scenario must be created (see Using Phases And Lots To Tasks paragraph).
To check that the tasks were added to the desired scenario:
- Click Tools -> Task Manager and the Task Manager dialog box appears.
- Click the Scenario button and the Scenario dialog box appears.
- Click the scenario created (eg. Scenario 1) and then click Open.
Note: Task names are created from phase number and phase name.

- From the Create task options field select the New tasks from lots.
- Select the desired scenario from the Scenario List.
- Click the Add to selected scenario button.
- After the tasks were added to the desired scenario, the following message will appear: The tasks were successful add to the Scenario.
- If no appropriate scenario is available then a scenario must be created (see Using Phases And Lots To Tasks paragraph).
To check that the tasks were added to the desired scenario:
- Click Tools -> Task Manager and the Task Manager dialog box appears.
- Click the Scenario button and the Scenario dialog box appears.
- Click the scenario created (eg. Scenario 2) and then click Open.
Note: Task names are created from lot number and lot name. The assemblies which don’t belong to a lot are placed into a Task named "undefined lot".

- From the Create task options field select the New tasks from phase, with child tasks by lots.
- Select the desired scenario from the Scenario List.
- Click the Add to selected scenario button.
- After the tasks were added to the desired scenario, the following message will appear: The tasks were successful add to the Scenario.
- If no appropriate scenario is available then a scenario must be created (see Using Phases And Lots To Tasks paragraph).
To check that the tasks were added to the desired scenario:
- Click Tools -> Task Manager and the Task Manager dialog box appears.
- Click the Scenario button and the Scenario dialog box appears.

- This tool can only be used with Full and Construction Management configuration.
