Phase Copy Tool tab

Tab Phase Copy Tool can be used for defining which phases should be imported or exported.

Option	Description
1	Press the button Get phases from current model, the in this model available phases will be showed: Image Save this setting by pressing the button "Save As", an XML-file will be stored in the attributes-folder of the model: Image Copy the XML-file into the attributes-folder of the the model in which you want to copy the phases. Open the model in which you want to copy the phases and load the XML-file. Select the XML-file in the option list and press Load: Image The phases of the XML-file will be shown. Image Press the button Apply phases to current model, the phases are going to be added into the model. Image

Description

Press the button Get phases from current model, the in this model available phases will be showed:

Save this setting by pressing the button "Save As", an XML-file will be stored in the attributes-folder of the model:

Copy the XML-file into the attributes-folder of the the model in which you want to copy the phases.

Open the model in which you want to copy the phases and load the XML-file.

Select the XML-file in the option list and press Load:

The phases of the XML-file will be shown.

Press the button Apply phases to current model, the phases are going to be added into the model.

Create new phases tab

Tab Create new phases can be used in order to generate new phases based on the part prefix or the assembly prefix of parts in the model. This way, very easy and fast new phases can be added.

1	Option 1 can be used to define which part so want to apply phases for. The options are: Selected All
2	Option 2 can be used to define on which part level you want to apply the phase. The options are: Part prefix. (Prefix part will be the phasename of the new phase) Assembly prefix. (Prefix assembly will be the phasename of the new phase)
3	Press this button to run the tool.
