The tool Pack & Go (m161) can be used to store the model data and other required files and information in one zip file.

Content of the ZIP file

Model
XS_FIRM (in the zip-file: FirmFiles)
XS_PROJECT (in the zip-file: ProjectFiles)
Hardware specs (in the zip-file: Info.txt)

How to use the tool:

General tab

In the "General" tab, adjust all the settings before the zip file is created.

Option	Description
Folder for ZIP	Location for the stored file. Default is the model folder, so in case you don't define anything here the zip-file will be stored in the model folder.
Archivation	Options: Construsoft standard Minimum of data required by the helpdesk to be able to analyze most of the issues. The files removed from the zip-file: All .bak files and the .Locked file. The folders removed from the zip-file: DataStorage, IFC, RefCacheFolders, TConnect, NC-files and other export folders including their content. Construsoft standard + reference models Option 1 + reference models. The files removed from the zip-file: All .bak files and the .Locked file. The folders removed from the zip-file: RefCacheFolders, TConnect, NC-files and other export folders including their content. Archive Data needed to archive the model. So once the zip will be unzipped in the future the model can be opened in Tekla Structures and all required data is there. Construsoft is not responsible for the result of the zip and it's content. User should test first him-/herself and create a proper back-up. The files removed from the zip-file: All .bak files and the .Locked file. No other folders are deleted.
Upload the created file to OneDrive	Decide, whether the file should be uploaded to OneDrive. Options: Yes No This option works only when "Region" and "Incident number" are filled in.
Region	Choose the helpdesk the model is for.
Incident number	Fill in the number of the message. E.g. Netherlands requires a number, starting with B, M2401 0001.
Reporter e-mail address	Enter the email address of the reporter.
Create	Use the "Create" button to create a zip file.

About tab

Information about the "build" date of the tool. This date may differ from the date in the tool you are using, but the content may nevertheless be the same. This date may be required when you contact the helpdesk.
